Parakey takes Revelop to South America

Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming Revelop to Parakey HQ in Gothenburg for two days. Among other things, there was a South American lunch and a study visit to Hisinge Hus where Revelop will open its next C / O office hotel in the summer. The next step will be a deeper collaboration on stable and time-saving mobile access with delegated access management and automated access allocation through integration.

Keys to be handed out, kept track of and hopefully get back, it takes a lot of unnecessary time from everyone, says Calle Henriksson, technical manager, and Kim Vilkas, technical manager at Revelop. They estimate that up to 40% of the operating technicians' time has historically been spent on managing traditional solutions such as physical keys, access cards and fobs. Here Revelop saw opportunities to find simpler and smarter solutions with modern technology. The real estate company carefully tested and evaluated several solutions on the market before choosing Parakey as a strategic partner for mobile access.

"Parakey is a much more stable and robust system than other solutions we have tested. Revelop sees great value in the fact that the devices are not connected to the network - we can't rely on connectivity to open a door, it's not secure and too great a risk that the connection fails for whatever reason," says Calle.

In the office building Bordduken in Bromma, Parakey is used for all passage and the tenants themselves manage mobile access to their employees and visitors. "It did not take long before everyone was up and running", says Kim.

At the C/O office hotels, Parakey is used from the entrance all the way in. Mobile keys for booked spaces are sent automatically through integration between Parakey and AgendoApp, the booking system used. 

C/O Hisinge Hus will open in the summer. We visited the premises, which are about to be renovated, and saw its great potential for pleasant and inspiring coworking-spaces. Hisinge Hus will also house Revelop's Gothenburg office and the parking service, P-service, that will be used there is of course integrated with Parakey through Giant Leap. 

"When we choose new systems and services for our properties, an important selection criterion is that they have integration, or can be integrated, with Parakey," says Calle.

"I would definitely recommend Parakey, it's stable and saves a lot of time," concludes Calle.

"You are good with customers and understand their needs," says Kim. "You don't say 'it can't be done' but look to see if it can be solved - you have a positive attitude."
