Parakey is now launching a native integration with Nexudus, a BMS (building management system) focusing on coworking and flexible workspaces. This integration makes it even easier to automate the allocation of access for members, conference rooms, day passes, and more.

Up until now, Parakey and Nexudus could be connected through the integration hub Zapier, but to meet a strong demand from both existing and potential customers, we have now, together with Nexudus, developed a native integration between the systems.

What possibilities does the integration between Parakey and Nexudus offer?

The integration allows resources in Nexudus (such as a room or a pass) to be seamlessly linked to mobile keys in Parakey, effectively putting key management on autopilot.

  • Existing members can book, for example, a conference room via Nexudus and automatically receive a mobile key linked to the booking.
  • New members can rent an office and automatically get access all the way from the street entrance to their office door.
  • Temporary guests can easily book a day pass and automatically gain access to the premises for the day.

What value is created for customers using the integration?

  • When key management is automated, the coworking operator’s daily tasks are streamlined. Time is freed up, allowing operators to focus more on enhancing the experience for members.
  • New revenue opportunities can be realized, as bookable spaces like conference rooms require pre-booking and payment before access is automatically granted.
  • Mobile access itself contributes to a seamless experience — becoming a member or booking a resource, gaining access, and entering the premises just flows effortlessly.
  • Security is also enhanced, as there’s no need to rely on manual handling of keys, tags, cards, or codes, which can easily get lost. Only those who are supposed to have access to the premises will have mobile access.

Available as an add-on

The integration with Nexudus is available through the "Integrations" add-on which can be added to both the "Core" and "Plus" plans in Parakey. To utilize the integration, you must be a customer of both Parakey and Nexudus.
