Save money and time as a property owner - Tips from Corem

We met Ervin Mezei, Commercial Property Manager at Corem Property Groupand Martin Lundahl, security technician at Locks & security alarmto follow the installation of the new product Parakey Cylinder. The flexible cylinder would be installed on about 20 technical rooms and we caught Ervin in the hot air to ask some quick questions about mobile access and Parakey.

On what types of properties and spaces do you use mobile access today?

- We use mobile access mainly to our technical rooms as electrical rooms and ventilation rooms where craftsmen need to enter. We often need to be able to give quick access to these spaces and here Parakey saves us a lot of time.

What would you say is the main difference between mobile access and a traditional system or lock?

- The biggest difference is that we avoid key management. If, for example, a craftsman is at place , we have the opportunity to send access in a smooth way so that the craftsman does not have to drive through the whole city to pick up keys.

- From today on , my life will be much smoother without these keys. By having digital access to our technical rooms , we will save a lot of time and money," says Ervin, dropping his large bunch of keys to the ground.
