Parakey simplifies smartphone access to bookings through new integration

There is now an integration on place between Parakey and the online booking service BokaMera. The connection of our services allows customers to create an automatic flow for allocation of mobile access in connection with a booking.

4500 customers today use BokaMera as a booking system for times and spaces in areas such as education and health. Also bookable spaces in a property is a perfect use for the booking service.

Smooth booking of joint spaces

In many properties and tenant-owner associations, analog ways are still used to book and then access spaces such as laundry room, overnight apartment and common room. But with a smooth and free service like BokaMera, the digitization of bookings is not far away. If parakey is also installed on the door, the entire process from booking to unlocking the space can be noticeably simplified. 

For example, when the common room in a property is booked via BokaMera, a mobile key can be automatically sent from Parakey to the resident/user who booked the room. The key is activated when the booked time begins and is automatically withdrawn when the time has passed. BokaMera also offers functionality that allows associations or property owners to charge for bookings.

Many gyms, yoga studios, sports halls and other types of training facilities use BokaMera as a tool to manage bookings for workouts. With Parakey Control Unit installed on the entrance door and Parakey PDL (Professional Digital Lock) as a lock for "interior doors", the training experience can be even more wonderful. If you book a passport, you can automatically get access to the entrance, changing room and the current hall or course in connection with the booked time.

Frictionless interconnection

Connecting Parakey with other tools, systems and services thus makes it possible for property owners, housing associations, gym owners and others to automate their access management. And our open API makes it easy for system and service providers to integrate with Parakey Access Platform. The integration made by BokaMera was completed in just 30 minutes.
