Wrap up 2025

2025 has resulted in 122,354 new users, which means that we are growing by over 10,000 users every month and now have more than 650,000 users in total – spread across over 1,000 customers in 10 countries! In addition, 755,494 mobile keys were sent during the year and 23 million unlocks were made with the Parakey app (80 million unlocks in total) 🎉 Thank you to everyone who has been with us for another successful year!

New and fresh in Parakey

👏 Nexudus has been the first to build mobile access directly into its apps through our SDK (Software Development Kit), which means that users can unlock directly from the Nexudus Passport app or customers' own white-label apps from Nexudus. Alecta Fastigheter's coworking concept Flexiwork is already live with unlocking directly in its Flexiwork app.

✨ As a user, you can export your account data, multiple keys can be sent simultaneously directly from the key overview in Parakey Web Portal, our support and help center have been integrated more deeply into the app (making it even easier to find or get answers to questions), andthe iPhone app has been given an updated look for iOS 26. 🆕 In early 2025, we introduced the Parakey Range Extender—an accessory for Parakey Slim that extends range and ensures optimal performance in challenging environments. 
🚙 Our new integration with Park46 – Mobility46's digital business system for parking management – makes it even easier for property owners to manage parking and digital access.

🍎 For those of you with iOS 16 or higher, Parakey is now available in Apple Shortcuts, allowing you to unlock spaces in even more convenient ways! (Don't forget that we also have two great Parakey widgets). 

🔑 To the delight of all administrators, key schedules can now be set down to the minute in Parakey Web Portal!

A packed year of events

👸🏼 Our fantastic colleagues Denice and Stina run the Women in Proptech Nordic network and have organized several events to bring together women in Proptech and real estate to network and exchange insights from the industry. 🤝 We have organized Proptech Pulse together with Picler, participated in events such as the Stockholm E-Mobility Summit Fastighetsmässan visited a number of great events such as Coworking Europe in Berlin, Coworking Day organized by the Swedish Organization for Coworking and Office Hotels, and Fastighetskvinnan.

More highlights that we simply must mention

👨‍💼At the beginning of the year, our Core team was strengthened by the dynamic duo Adde and Albin, and in the second half of the year, we also welcomed our new Commercial Director, Johan Svärd, who will play a key role in our continued momentum forward!
