Parakey's growth continues, now new doors are opening in Stockholm
Digital locks, the smartphone as a key and digitization of processes and operations are taking place at an increasing pace in real estate companies, companies and organizations around the country, and not least in our capital. To meet the demand, from both existing and new customers, the PropTech company Parakey is now growing with a senior business developer based in Stockholm.
On June 1, Carl Johan Mangelus took on the role of senior business developer at Parakey with the assignment to drive sales and help customers in their digital transformation, mainly in the Stockholm region.
"In order to further grow as a company with the customer base and demand for our products, it was now high time for Parakey to increase its presence in Stockholm. It is great fun and inspiring to do this together with Carl Johan, who with his broad experience in both the real estate industry, SaaS and entrepreneurship will be a strong contributor to Parakey's continued rapid growth journey!" says Peter Wegdell, Head of Sales at Parakey.
Carl Johan is a serial entrepreneur and is behind several start-ups in various industries. He also has a background as technical manager for a flotilla in the Swedish Armed Forces and as head of administration in the real estate group where the focus was on investing in and implementing utility value-enhancing measures to streamline management, improve net operating income and increase customer satisfaction among tenants. Carl Johan, through his investment company, has in recent years invested and been active in SustainTech, PropTech and SaaS with investments in solutions that in various ways streamline processes that provide increased customer and climate benefits.
