We are looking for Fullstack developers (TS/JS)

Parakey is a growing company with the ambition to revolutionize the security industry. Forget keys and fobs, we work with access where the customer unlocks with a smartphone.

We work hard to be at the forefront of our smart product and as more customers come in, we now need to expand the team with another Fullstack developer.  

About the roles

With us at Parakey, you are involved in creating the access solution of the future. Your main mission will be to, together with your colleagues, help us take our product to the next level. You will work with the backend for our apps and API customers, while continuing to develop the user interface together with your skilled colleagues.

We therefore see that you are driven by developing a good product, without compromising on the quality of the code. Many upcoming features will be implemented and it is therefore important that you are disciplined and have good knowledge of testing, refactoring and design patterns.

Technology

We see programming as a craft that can be applied across different programming languages and platforms. To succeed in this role, you need to have very good experience with TypeScript/JavaScript (React.js). You are comfortable with backend such as Node.js and MongoDB. Having worked with Cloud/AWS, CI/CD is a plus but not a must.  

We are looking for you who have proven experience in building complex web applications with a strong technical interest and therefore learn quickly.  

Qualifications

You thrive on quick changes, we adapt the product to the market and the development plan can change quickly. To fit into this role, we imagine that you have studied relevant education, and that you have about three years of experience from another company where you have been involved in developing their web applications.  

Your mindset is focused on the end user and you enjoy developing smart and user-friendly web applications. If you also have knowledge of continuous integration and cloud services, you are a real gold candidate in our eyes.

As a person, you are curious and have no problem trying new things. You like challenges and are happy to take your own initiative to come up with smart solutions that can make our product the best in the industry.
