Parakey at IOFFICE coworking: "We save a lot of time"
Lotta, Emelie & Victoria at IOFFICE
IOFFICE has used Parakey at its office hotels since the summer of 2022. When we meet Lotta, Victoria and Emelie at IOFFICE, they immediately highlight that it is very nice with an app to unlock. Previously, access cards were used at some facilities and fobs at others.
"It is very nice not to have a lot of different ways to unlock depending on the site, but instead have one app for all sites", says Lotta, team leader for the receptions at all IOFFICE sites.
We visit IOFFICE at Kungsgatan 64 in Stockholm and meet Lotta, Victoria who works at the reception and with events, and Emelie, receptionist and training manager. All three handle mobile keys and users in Parakey Web Portal on a daily basis.
"We save a lot of time inviting users to Parakey, compared to activating a badge," says Victoria. "It only takes a minute to invite 30 people to Parakey, with badges it would take hours, because it takes at least five minutes to make a badge."
"And as we build new facilities, we have a lot of craftsmen on place. Sometimes we also have new cleaning staff. Then it is much easier to invite them via Parakey instead of having a lot of loose blips where we have less control over who actually has access, "adds Emelie.
All reception staff use Parakey Web Portal to manage the keys and users for each facility.
"It is very easy to work in the web portal, the interface is easy to understand and it doesn't take many clicks to invite users and send keys", says Victoria and Emelie adds (see video):
"We also have something called a light membership, with limited access, and it's great to be able to match that in Parakey."
"Everything has become much smoother with Parakey - no problems whatsoever!"
