Mobile access at Stena Fastigheter in Malmö

Stena Fastigheter's commercial property manager Emmie Andjelic Ekholm manages seven properties that are equipped with mobile access from Parakey. We have talked about saved time, tenant adaptation and security with Emmie.

"We have decided to continue expanding our system of Parakey devices, and hence also added mobile access in the tenant adaptations we carry out in my properties, as we already have Parakey installed in the perimeter protection and general spaces. This gives customers a whole. Of course, we also offer this solution for existing commercial tenants if there is interest", says Emmie.

"Our tenants appreciate being able to easily distribute and remove mobile keys to employees on their own and that the matter no longer needs to go through us as property owners."

From the property owner's perspective, the daily work has been affected since Parakey was implemented in the properties, partly for Emmie as a commercial real estate manager, but especially for the property managers.

"Previously, our property managers spent a lot of time driving around and signing out keys, both to customers and contractors doing work in our properties. Now we can hand out access remotely with just a few clicks, which frees up time for our staff. In addition, Parakey gives us a greater opportunity to have insight into who has access to our properties, which is an important aspect of creating security for our tenants," says Emmie and concludes:

The role of property managers has changed a lot in recent years and they work almost exclusively in digital tools, so giving mobile access digitally is a natural move in our digital journey.
