Zapier + Parakey = Automated access management
Now it will be even easier to automate your key management through the products and services you already use. Today we are extremely proud to launch a link with Zapier!
Market-leading Zapier is a cloud integration hub that connects over 5000 services, such as Office 365, Slack, Microsoft Dynamics, Google's G-Suite, Hubspot, OfficeRnD, Envoy. You can now connect one or more of these services with Parakey, to automate access management without programming or hiring developers to build integrations. It's so easy that "almost" anyone can build their own "feeds" with just a few clicks.
Automating access management into locked spaces frees up time and resources and enables completely new business models and arrangements.
We know that there are always a lot of questions when you start using new tools and services, so we offer our expertise to you as a customer. Fill in the interest form via this link or the button at the bottom if you are interested in automating your access management today!
Inspiration - Zapier + Parakey can be used for
With connections to over 5000 other services, it is almost only the imagination that sets the limits of what "flows" can be created. We already have several "flows" live, read more below for inspiration!
Connect booking systems via Google Calendar / Microsoft Outlook
Almost all booking systems on the market, regardless of supplier, have a connection to Google Calendar and/or Microsoft Outlook. Since Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook have a connection to Zapier, you get an indirect connection to virtually all forms of booking systems on the market.
Whether it's a booking of a conference room, gym pass, laundry room or community room, Zapier and Parakey can automatically send out mobile keys during a booking. Or why not use the connection to your internal calendar and automatically generate key to your invited guests!
Connect the closed system to Parakey via Excel/Google Sheet
Sometimes completely "closed" systems are used, i.e. those products and services that are reluctant to be linked to others. But fortunately, it's more or less a standard feature to be able to export and import data to Excel. If it is possible to continuously export data, such as an Excel sheet in the cloud (Office 365), Zapier can capture this information. In this way, Parakey can, for example, be linked to an older real estate system in a fast and efficient way. We have already helped customers with this type of connection to real estate systems, such as fully automated handling of rental contracts for tenants.
Visitor management via Envoy
Envoy is a modern service for visitor management for companies. By connecting the "Envoy Visitor" function with Parakey via Zapier, mobile keys are automatically sent out to future visitors. Visitors' mobile keys are only valid just before and after the meeting times so that your visitors can unlock the entrance door on their own and thus feel more welcome.
Manage coworking via OfficeRnD
OfficeRnD is the ultimate tool to manage one or more coworking spaces and all its members. Connect OfficeRnD with Parakey via Zapier to ensure that all paying members automatically get mobile access to all coworking spaces.
Should you cancel your membership, the mobile key will also stop working on the day the membership expires.
Zapier in depth
In zapier's interface, you build workflows visually where a trigger trigger triggers a flow of one or more actions to perform. For example, a booking of a conference room can act trigger and trigger a flow of actions that send out timed mobile keys to external visitors as shown in the feed below.
Similarly, the booker can receive a notification in Slack when guests pass through the entrance door just before the meeting begins. Always nice to be able to meet up with their guests!
