Unlocks parking garage via app

The desire to open the garage without getting out of the car or rolling down the window was high on the list. Svenska Hus wanted to meet the tenants' demand for simplicity and at the same time get full control over who can enter the garage. The choice finally ended up on the next generation access system, Parakey - the solution where the key fob / remote control has found its way into an app in the smartphone. Svenska Hus can thus offer its tenants, maintenance staff and visitors to open the garage door via the smartphone.

Parakey was very new to us when we heard about it. The advantage we saw was that the control unit that was installed was completely offline, which meant that we did not have to pull out network cables to the port to get a connection. Now I can from a web portal on the computer or in the smartphone send out a digital key in seconds to one or more tenants at the same time and they in turn open the door into the garage via the Parakey app

Result

With Parakey installed on the garage door, Svenska Hus ensures that no unauthorized person is staying in the garage. Through full event logs and the ability to send out and block temporary digital keys, they get full control. The tenant gets to download an app that then becomes the key to the garage. They also make it easier for tenants to come in and park the car. The visitor does not need to get out of the car or roll down the window when they rain at their worst.
