Keys to be handed out and recovered. fobs which is lost and needs reprogramming. And the Excel list of who has and should have access where - is it up to date? access management - as it largely still looks today - is time-consuming. And the purchase of access solutions and locks with associated physical key carriers is costly. So there is both time and resources for you as a property owner to save with mobile access.

Give and regain access in seconds

With mobile access, distributing one is as easy as distributing thousands of mobile keys. In just a few seconds you can provide new tenants with the right access and then you can just as easily see who has access where. If someone only needs access temporarily, you set a time limit on the mobile key and then don't have to worry about physical keys and fobs that someone forgets to return. You save time and therefore money on a access management that just runs smoothly.

Automate key management

And it can get even smoother! An integration-friendly and non-proprietary system makes key management even easier - by putting it on autopilot. The core of a mobile access platform is an open API that enables integration with, for example, a real estate or business system. Then data on moves in and out is automatically retrieved and access is granted and withdrawn without taking time out of your workday.

If there is no time or developer resources to implement the integration, other easy ways are available. An existing connection to the Integration Hub Zapier allows the less versed in code to put together automated key flows with drag and drop.

quick installation that reduces unnecessary electronics

Extensive cabling to launch a passage solution is soon a thing of the past. If you choose mobile access from Parakey, the hardware is quickly installed, without unnecessary electronics or the need for internet connection infrastructure (the hardware works offline with Bluetooth LE).

The installation of Parakey Control Unit, which can control all forms of electromechanical locks, is done by the installer. An already installed access control system can be kept if desired and the Control Box will then work side by side with it. Just replace the tags with mobile keys!

When it comes to the professional digital lock Parakey PDL, the installation can be carried out by own staff of the property owner. If an "inner door" digitised with parakey PDL (e.g. an apartment, storage or conference room door) has double springing pressures and thumbturn with the return spring, these as well as the cylinder can be reused and do not require any new purchase of the part.

As described above, there are both time and resources to be saved for you as a property owner. In addition, tenants do not have to keep track of more keys, fobs and codes.

Do you want to know more about Parkey's solution and how it can contribute to time and cost savings in your business? Let me know!
