In February, FirstOffice opened Västra Hamnen and Parakey Malmö moved in immediately. We were also not late in meeting up with Elin Bengtsson, Site Manager at FirstOffice in Malmö, to talk about operation and less administration of stylish and modern keyless office hotels.

Elin Bengtsson is responsible for the FirstOffice facilities in Malmö and its tenants. She emphasizes that her daily work has really been simplified and streamlined with the introduction of mobile access from Parakey.

"I've previously worked in large offices where there were multiple copies of each key and large backs with lots of keys just lying around. Lots and lots of keys," Elin says and continues:

"Now that we have opened FirstOffice Västra Hamnen and only have mobile keys, all administration is so much easier - and no keys or fobs are out in the open. We know that we always get the keys back because we manage and remove permissions ourselves. We have much better control over the entire system and who comes or can come into our premises. For our business, it really is a godsend."

And Parakey is also highly appreciated by the tenants. They appreciate not having to carry any keys or fobs with them and that FirstOffice "keeps up with developments and has everything linked to the phone", says Elin. Also that Parakey is controlled via Bluetooth and not via the internet:

When it comes to the biggest advantages of mobile access compared to traditional access with keys, fobs and access cards, Elin again highlights the control of who has access to the premises, the knowledge that keys are not released on the go and the ability to view event logs:
