Sveaviken partners with Parakey for mobile access.

Sveaviken Bostad develops and manages smart, sustainable, qualitative and aesthetically pleasing homes where customers are offered more than a physical apartment - with innovative services and solutions, a clear added value is created for the residents. The real estate company has now signed a framework agreement with Parakey for mobile access to the entire portfolio.

Sveaviken's first Parakey project started in the autumn of 2021. Common doors such as entrance, attic and environmental rooms in the newly produced residential property Parasollet in Lund were enriched with mobile access and the residents themselves send out mobile keys to their family members and guests. Next, Parakey will be installed in an entire block in Barkabystaden, with 350 apartments, student housing and premises and in 78 apartments for the city fair H22 City Expo in Helsingborg.

Today, Sveaviken manages about 750 residential units and has about 1,645 apartments in production and a building rights portfolio of 10,500 apartments. 

Earlier in the year, the real estate company has chosen the newly merged Avy-Tmpl as the housing app and Pigello as the property system, two services/products that will be integrated with Parakey to automate Sveaviken's access management and provide added value to Sveaviken's tenants.
