Framework agreement in place between Parakey and Sigillet

The Gothenburg companies Parakey and Sigillet Fastighets AB have signed a framework agreement for the implementation of mobile access in the real estate company's entire portfolio . Parakey is already used in a number of Sigillet's properties, including Drottninggatan 29 where the PropTech company itself is located, and now a roll-out in another ten properties is planned in 2021.

Parakey moved into its current premises on Drottninggatan in Gothenburg in 2017 and installed Parakey Control Unit to control the entrance door, security alarm and electromechanical locks for its office doors. Now the company has signed a framework agreement with the property owner to enable large-scale rollout of mobile access in Sigillet's properties. 

Sigillet is a family-owned company that owns, manages and leases both commercial and residential premises in Gothenburg, Mölndal, Kungälv, Helsingborg and Stockholm. In addition to a number of locations in Gothenburg, Parakey has previously been used in a property on Östermalmsgatan in Stockholm - at perimeter protection, offices and garages.
