In the fall of 2021, Gothenburg's first WELL-certified office property, Platzer Fastigheter's Gårda Vesta, will be completed, which with its two building bodies with 25 and 14 floors will become part of Gothenburg's skyline. In the main entrance, elevator hall, on the garage door and in to tenants, mobile access from Parakey is installed.

Platzer has been a customer of Parakey since 2018 and uses mobile access in most of its properties. Now another 1,000 people will have the opportunity to use the smartphone as a key when Parakey is installed in Gårda Vesta, which includes 26,600 square meters of offices with a focus on an activity-based working method. The property is also certified according to the building standard WELL Building, which focuses on health and well-being.

"In a property where the focus is on enjoying and feeling well-being, it was natural to choose a modern, efficient and digital access solution – a digital infrastructure that becomes part of a larger ecosystem in the future of property and management", says Fredrik Koch, Technical Manager at Platzer.

"Gårda Vesta will be the first WELL-certified property whose doors are digitized with Parakey. As a Gothenburg company, we are of course incredibly proud and happy that Platzer is implementing our solution in one of the city's new landmarks", says Peter Wegdell, Head of Sales at Parakey.

Among the tenants in Gårda Vesta are Rejlers, skatteverket, Aros Kapital, Länsförsäkringar in Gothenburg and Bohuslän.
