Parakey and Unloc open doors for Nordic co-operation

The digitalisation of real estate has taken off in earnest and there is a great demand for open interfaces. When it comes to digital access to real estate, supplier-independent solutions are desired and therefore the innovative Nordic co-operation between Parakey and Unloc is now initiated according to customer wishes.

Gothenburg-based Parakey delivers a overall solution for mobile access in real estate: a cloud service for access management, a smartphone app for unlocking, a control unit that can act as a stand-alone access solution or side-by-side with other access control system, and the groundbreaking professional digital lock Parakey PDL. Norwegian industry colleague Unloc enables people to open a variety of locks, padlocks, systems and property boxes from different suppliers. 

Now Parakey's physical products are also added to the list of devices that can be opened with Unloc. This is on demand from customers, including HSB, which wants an increased choice of locks to connect to the solutions it has developed based on Unloc. The two mobile access companies are thus initiating an innovative collaboration to contribute to each other's product development and offering and to broaden the market to Sweden and Norway respectively.
