Parakey Malmö moves into FirstOffice in Västra Hamnen

The PropTech company Parakey has been established in Malmö since 2020 and has now chosen the newly opened FirstOffice Stapelbädden in Västra Hamnen as its base in southern Sweden.

Gothenburg-based Parakey makes it possible to unlock doors with a smartphone and streamlines and automates mobile key management in large property portfolios. In autumn 2020, Lars Levin, formerly at ASSA ABLOY, was recruited to increase the company's presence in southern Sweden. Now Parakey is taking the next step in its Southern Swedish establishment by moving in at FirstOffice, which has been equipping all its office hotels with mobile access from Parakey since 2019.

FirstOffice opened its new office hotel Stapelbädden in Västra Hamnen at the beginning of February, where Parakey Malmö has now become a tenant.
