Framtidens Bredband is switching to mobile access with Parakey &SafeTeam

The security company SafeTeam has, with the PropTech company Parakey as supplier, won a procurement regarding access control system for 300 technical rooms within the public utility Framtidenkoncernen in Gothenburg. Now 1000 doors are equipped with mobile access from Parakey.

Framtidens Bredband is responsible for infrastructure and internet nodes for the public housing companies in Gothenburg; Poseidon, Familjebostäder, Bostadsbolaget, Gårdstensbostäder and GöteborgsLokaler, which also owns the company. After winning the procurement, SafeTeam together with Parakey will now enrich over 1000 doors to node rooms with mobile access.

"With the introduction of the mobile phone as a key to all our node rooms, we will minimize our administration and also increase security. At the same time, we improve accessibility and reduce action times for our own staff and contractors, an important part of having a well-functioning network with high reliability", says Emma Axelsson, Framtidens Bredband .

SafeTeam started the installations at the end of August and all 1000 doors will be fully equipped with mobile access by early spring 2022.
