Vasakronan signs framework agreement with Parakey

Vasakronan has a long-term perspective for its properties. Parakey opens the possibility to let Vasakronan's commercial tenants handle their own staff's permissions to properties. This increases flexibility for the tenant and reduces key management.

Today, companies and organizations spend an unnecessary amount of time on access management of access cards and fobs. Access cards and fobs used to open locked areas such as an entrance door or technical rooms. It is not uncommon for an access card to take 30 minutes to issue from request, programming to handover. With thousands of access cards and fobs in circulation, the problem quickly becomes significant.
