Parakey AB and Wallenstam AB sign cooperation agreement

Proptech company Parakey AB has signed a cooperation agreement with the real estate company Wallenstam AB. With an agreement on place , Wallenstam's tenants can now choose to use mobile access instead of other traditional solutions.

Daniel Svartling, Innovation Manager at Wallenstam, points out that Parakey is part of Wallenstam's digital development for its properties and makes itself more attractive to its tenants.

Based on the demand from tenants and Wallenstam's focus on implementing new technical solutions and digital services, we are very pleased to have signed a cooperation agreement with Parakey. The agreement gives our tenants the opportunity to choose Parakey's service for digital access management where the mobile phone replaces the physical key or tray.

Better experience for tenants

One of Wallenstam's tenants Bokio recently moved into new premises in the middle of Gothenburg's main street, Avenyn, and there they chose to run with Parakey's mobile access and digital access management.

We are very pleased and excited to have signed a cooperation agreement with Wallenstam for digital access management with mobile access. Through this agreement, we now give Wallenstam's tenants the opportunity to manage and administer their digital keys, access from the entrance all the way into the rented premises with the mobile phone as a key.
