Parakey and Balder sign framework agreement

Proptech company Parakey AB and the real estate group Balder have signed a framework agreement for the continued implementation of Parakey's products for digital access management with mobile access in Balder's portfolio.

Balder chooses mobile keys from Parakey

Parakeyand Balder have a history that goes back to the start of Parakey AB. Balder was, even before there was even a finished product, in dialog with Parakey. Balder has acted as an advisor and requirement setter for what is today Parakey's platform for digital access management with mobile access. Since then, several properties in Gothenburg have been enriched and 1,000s of tenants have been provided with digital keys with mobile access from Parakey.

Balder wants to use digital services and products to develop offerings, working methods and services to our tenants. Parakey performs a function for this with their mobile access. We also look forward to continued close cooperation in the upcoming exciting product development from Parakey.

Scalable platform for digital access management

The signed framework agreement provides for a lower threshold for the implementation of Parakey in all balders properties, regardless of type of property, business or tenant.  

All of us at Parakey are of course very happy and proud, but at the same time humble to now sign this framework agreement with Balder. For Parakey, this is another recognition that our solution for digital access management with mobile access has the functions and opportunities that a real estate group like Balder demands. In 2019, partly on demand from Balder, we have developed functionality to better manage group structures, several different operations and business models. The fact that we are already seeing results from this is very pleasing.
